2022 Safe & Civil Schools National Conference
COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS & REGULATIONS

Ongoing as of April 28, 2022

While we are excited to return to in-person training, the health and safety of attendees and staff are a top priority and proof of vaccination and booster shots are required for all attendees at the conference. No exemptions to this policy will be offered and no testing opt-out option will be allowed.

All attendees must submit proof of vaccination and booster shot with their registration forms. If attendees are not yet boosted, they can register once they can show proof of the booster.

Proof of vaccination must be presented during check-in.

If the CDC guidelines change and require a second booster to be up to date, attendees must get the additional booster and submit proof of vaccination with booster to attend.

Attendees will be required to follow all applicable federal, state, and local mandates in effect at the time of the event.

Currently we will not require masks during the conference sessions. A limited number of high-quality masks will be available for any attendees who wish to wear one. If virus numbers increase, we may require masks even if there is not a mandate in order to protect the health and safety of everyone at the conference. If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask, please do not register for the conference.

Hotel and travel expenses are the responsibility of the conference attendee. Safe & Civil Schools is not responsible for any attendee travel expenses or cancellation costs.

NOTE: Covid-19 considerations are based on current health guidance and state regulations, and are subject to change.
